A Young Adult author of Land of Yesterday and Spinner of Dreams, K.A Reynolds writes magical, dark books and wanted the website to be a mixture of magic, gold and dark gothic fairytales.
I created watercolour illustrations of magical heroines with horns and swords, surrounded by golden stars and wrinkled parchment paper. The front page greets visitors with a gothic castle floating in a purple night sky.
